Getting Started
How it works
Starting ABA services doesn't have to be complicated. Here's what to expect from your first call to your child's first session.
Contact us
Reach out by phone or through our intake form. We'll gather basic information about your child and family to understand what you're looking for.
Verify insurance
We'll confirm your insurance benefits and let you know what's covered. We work with Medicaid and most major commercial plans.
Complete the assessment
A BCBA will conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand your child's strengths and needs. This informs the individualized treatment plan.
Services begin
Once the treatment plan is in place, your child's program starts. Your BCBA will stay closely involved and adjust goals as your child grows.
